Tofu, Spinach & Galric Stirfry

The tastiest, quickest way to eat your greens!

MAKES: 2 Main meal servings

1 Pack Earth Source Foods Pressed Tofu or Firm Tofu
(leftover fried Tofu steaks cut into strips/
chunks or pre-fry Tofu from the packet before slicing)
1 Bunch of spinach (or silverbeet) washed/drained
1-5 Cloves of garlic (to taste)
1 Lemon
¼ Teaspoon red chilli flakes (to taste)
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel and crush garlic.
Heat a little olive oil in a wok or large pan, add garlic, chilli flakes, then greens and cook through until leaves are wilted.
Gently combine tofu pieces and heat through. Add sesame seeds, season with salt and pepper, add a good squeeze of lemon juice and an extra dash of olive oil to finish.

Serve with rice or couscous.
