Quick, tasty dip to serve as a pre-dinner nibble or an anytime snack with your favourite crackers or vegetable crudites. Takes 5 minutes to make and about the same time to devour it!
1 Tub (300g) of Earth Source Foods Silken Tofu
4 Tablespoons tahini
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoons good quality tamari (soy) sauce
¾ Tablespoon mild miso
1 Clove garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped spring onion top for garnish
Mix all ingredients (except garnish) together in a blender for half a minute or until smooth.
Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with spring onion garnish.
Serve with sliced raw vegetables, pita bread and wafer biscuits, or delicious spread on warm toast.
