Creamy Vegan Salad Dressing

A versatile, alternative dressing for all salads or drizzled on hot or cold vegetables.

MAKES: 1 Cup (approx)
Double quantities listed below for a larger required amount of salad dressing.

½ Tub (150g) of Earth Source Foods Silken Tofu
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons water
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a blender for a few seconds until creamy.
Use freshly made, or store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
- Omit olive oil for oil-free dressing
- Add 1 tablespoon miso paste as a savoury seasoning
- Add finely chopped herbs of choice
- Add 1 teaspoon sugar to sweeten
